Originally conceived as a place to move, meet, and be seen, the arcade comes alive once more as we gather beneath its vaulted corridors—this time with cocktails in hand. In partnership with Garçons de Café, we channel the spirit of a European café set within the rhythm of Downtown Los Angeles. The Airliner Bar which dates back at least 100 years, though some sources date it to 1915. For many years it was the lounge for a steakhouse next door and later a dive bar with a reputation for eclectic music. The historic space is now the creation of chef Vinh Nguyen and Gary Wang. The bar menu designed by Avery Millard, previous of Bar Agricole and the Line Hotel in San Francisco. The Wolves is a Belle Époque style bar with Parisienne flair. Cocktails feature a lot of house-made ingredients and the food blends French and American cuisine.
