Jazz Age Dance Parties
Vintage dance events in beautiful historic spaces are a highlight of the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles’ social calendar. Dressed to the nines, often in authentic 1920s and 30s vintage clothing, guests dance the night away to big band music of the Jazz Age.
The annual Avalon Ball on Catalina Island is the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles’ signature event, but look for dances and parties like Casino Moderne (a night of vintage gaming), closer to home as well. Past events have taken place at the Wilshire Ebell Club, American Legion Post 43, the Queen Mary, the Los Angeles Athletic Club, Los Angeles Theatre and other historic locations in the Los Angeles area.
