Did you know that one of L.A.’s most famous Art Deco landmarks is also said to be HAUNTED? For two decades, Oviatt Building historian Marc Chevalier has been collecting its ghost stories…and even has one of his own to tell!
Join Marc for an exclusive historical tour of the 1928 Oviatt penthouse, as he shares Halloween season tales of the Oviatt Building’s many unexplained sightings and hair-raising phenomena.
The Art Deco Society of Los Angeles has been given the exclusive opportunity to host this members-only tour of the renowned residence of James Oviatt, proprietor of the prominent haberdashery that once operated in the building to clothe Los Angeles’ elite, including many famous Hollywood stars. And yes, you may take photos! No videotaping of the tour guide’s talk, please. This is an in-person event and experience: please help us to keep it that way.
Tickets are on sale first to Art Deco Society of Los Angeles members.
